🌈 Ron and Ivy Custom Necklace Policy 🌈

Creating custom pieces is one of my favorite things to do, and I want the process to be fun, smooth, and stress-free for both of us. Here’s how it works:

✨ Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start your custom necklace. This covers design time and materials. The remaining balance is due once your piece is finished and ready to ship.

🎨 Design Process:
Each order includes up to 2 complimentary design mockups/revisions
where you can preview your necklace, make any changes, and I can bring your vision to life!

💎 Pricing:
Custom necklaces usually range from $50–$120, depending on the design and materials you choose. If you’d like specialty gemstones or metals, I’ll always share the cost upfront before moving forward.

⏳ Timeline:
Once we land on your first desired design, your necklace will be finished within 1 week.
If I need to special order beads or findings, I’ll let you know right away and give you the adjusted timeline.

📦 Shipping:
Shipping on custom orders is always free!
Before your necklace is sent out, I’ll share final photos so you can give it a thumbs-up.

❌ Cancellations:
Because custom work takes time and materials, deposits are non-refundable.
If special materials have already been ordered just for you, their cost will also apply.
