Store Policies

Shipping:

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Domestic shipping is available via USPS, with estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges:

I’m happy to work with you to resolve any issues to ensure you love your purchase!

  • There is a 14-day return/exchange policy, beginning on the date of delivery confirmation.
  • To begin the return process, contact me via email: ronandivyjewelry@gmail.com 
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in all original packaging. 
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I meticulously inspect all items before shipping however if you received an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery so I can resolve any issue promptly!

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom pieces are available upon request! Message me to discuss ideas, pricing, and timelines.
  • Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Care Instructions:

  • Store jewelry in a dry, cool place.
  • Avoid direct, extended contact with water or harsh chemicals.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth to maintain shine.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
I list all materials in product descriptions. I work to source materials that are generally nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and safe for sensitive skin. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact me for further information regarding materials for a particular piece.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 2-4 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method but typically take 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
